On April 12, 2000 Riccardo Brugnoli, General Manager of Ardona Div. (Giant) sent a letter to Bruce's Parts Bin (Flea) stating that the Alfa Romeo Logo and Brand Name Alfa Romeo is property of Fiat Auto S.p. A. and its use is not allowed without proper authorization. I was instructed to cease its use or I would be hearing from their lawyers. The above logo is my design and does not represent their logo in my opinion.

As Alfa parts are presently a small but growing percentage of Bruce's Parts Bin sales , I did not feel it was in Bruce's Parts Bin best interest to fight the good fight at this time. But I guess this means Bruce's will not be in line for a new Alfa dealership in the upcoming future.
